Our MOQ is flexible. For standard private label OEM, the minimum order quantity is 100 units. For full ODM custom development with new mold design, we accept sample orders first, then mass production after prototype confirmation.

What’s the warranty term for customized OEM/ODM products?

We provide 1-year whole-machine warranty for all customized units, with lifelong spare parts supply at cost price.

Our core portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers come with CB, CE, KC certifications. We can assist customers in applying for UL, ETL, PSE and other regional certificates as customized requirements.

Can you design exclusive export packages for our customized orders?

Absolutely. We offer custom color boxes, shipping cartons, user manuals and sticker labels with your brand artwork, meeting sea freight export packaging standards.
